I'm really bad at these introduction things, but I'll give it a try.
I'm full of contradictions. Known to be quiet, but will speak up should the need arise. Sometimes I've been described as shy, but am also known to be somewhat of a flirt. I'm basically a huge Daddy's Girl. Friendly. I trust easily.
Love action flicks, 한국/일본/중국 드라마, old, black and white movies, and I am a sucker for happy endings. College student. Content to be alone and wrapped up in a good book or sketching (often with a lot of music on), but I also love to go out and dance, watch a movie in a theatre, drive around, or basically hang out/be dorky with friends.
I love to write. Poetry, original fiction, fanfiction. My favorite fandoms to write about are Sailor Moon (I have a soft spot for both Mamoru/Usagi and the Shitennou/Senshi pairings) and Rurouni Kenshin. I have a couple of ongoing stories on fanfiction.net, as well as some completed ones.
I think within a few minutes of talking to me it is v. obvious that I'm a romantic.
I love reading. I read anything—from Austen to comic books (만화). I tend to lean towards mystery books in my free time (John Sandford, JD Robb, Caleb Carr), and have a soft spot for Sherlock Holmes. I like poetry, especially that by Lord Byron. I do love 만화, though. I think Sailor Moon was my first ever fandom (when I was five). I had a large crush on Tuxedo Mask. >< Now I read Sailor Moon, Ranma ½, Rurouni Kenshin, Hana Kimi, etc, etc. I’m always looking for a new book to read. Feel free to leave suggestions.
My favorite Disney movie is Sleeping Beauty.
HUGE music lover. Listening currently to The Beatles, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Usher, The Killers, Maroon 5, 빅뱅, Fly to the Sky, Do As Infinity, 노을, 브라운 아이즈, 코요태, 잭스키스,은지원, SG워나비, 동방신기, 이수영, 백지영, 유엔, 에픽 하이, 지오디, 신화, 신혜성, 倖田來未, 宇多田ヒカル,嵐, etc, etc. 슈주 is my guilty pleasure. Love rock, r&b, pop, and 한국/가요 음악. I like to sing. I play the clarinet and the piano. I listen to anything. Seriously. Will even give country music a try, should the song merit attention.
I love 한국 드라마, or korean dramas. Right now my favorites are 꽃을 찾으러 왔어요, 낭랑18세, 쾌걸춘향, 마이걸, 미안하다 사랑한다, 내이름은 김삼순 and of course, 천국의계단. I’m beginning to get into Chinese and Japanese dramas, beginning with 戰神, 花より男子, ごくせん, and Summer Snow. I get hooked on them very easily. Not so good for a college student, but I'll survive.
I cry easily (okay, very, very easily), and am often caught daydreaming.
People have described me as romantic, loyal, compassionate, kind, and loving. And patient. It takes a lot to get me angry. I wouldn't try it, though. It isn't pretty.
I wouldn't expect a lot of fangirling in my entries-- usually if I publicly fangirl over something, I lose interest pretty quickly. Anything that I truly love I'll probably not talk about, and even if I do, I won't mention names. I'm just weird like that. You can most likely tell what I like by other things anyway-- icons, etc. Think of it as a mystery.
All in all...What can I say? Just a lil' girl with a romantic heart.
